Earl Castor - President and CEO

Earl Castor co-founded Houston-based Aesbus in 1989. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Over the course of his tenure as CEO, Earl has played an integral role in establishing Aesbus as an industry leader in content creation and management by combining state-of-the-art technology and world-class expertise. The Company's strategy is focused on single-source solutions and services that make high-volume, multi-channel content management production operations faster, more profitable, and more reliable. Earl has chartered each service department with delivering leading-edge and scalable communication solutions and providing the best customer value in the industry. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston.

Paul Castor - Senior Vice-President
Aesbus co-founder Paul Castor was instrumental in establishing Aesbus as a digital graphics and multimedia design and production powerhouse. He is a member of the Board of Directors. He has over 16 years experience in interactive digital media design and production. He has assembled an expert staff that provides a wide range of graphics production services that include 3D modeling, interactive multimedia, animation, photo-realistic rendering, and digital line illustrations across various media formats. Under Paul's direction, Aesbus is pioneering digital content creation, transforming traditional printed content into high-impact, high-value, multi-platform visual communication. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Design from the University of Houston.

Coni Fox - Senior Vice-President
Aesbus co-founder Coni Fox has extensive experience in enterprise content management. She is a member of the Board of Directors. She has managed the architect of online content environments and designed customized solutions for maintaining data integrity and content across multiple channels and online publishing platforms. Additionally, she has the dual charter of standardizing corporate operational practices for quality control and analyzing the latest technology to automate and streamline production processes. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Education from the University of Houston.

Solomon F. Olatoye, Ph.D. - Director, Business Technology
Since joining Aesbus in 1996, Solomon has provided leadership in the areas of research and design, knowledge management, and information technology. As Director of Business Technology, he oversees knowledge systems design and provides IT infrastructure and technical expertise for Aesbus production departments and for clients. Prior to joining Aesbus, Solomon was a key engineering project manager and installation designer of cogeneration technology in England for the development of thermal and electrical power. He received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston, and a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of London, England.

Leila Doucet - Director, Financial and Operational Systems
Leila Doucet brings to Aesbus over 20 years of experience and expert knowledge covering many areas of accounting and operational management. As Director of Financial and Operational Systems, Leila continuously researches and implements best practice procedures in Aesbus' accounting and operations in order to better serve our customers. Her career spans various areas of financial accounting, inventory and control, and operational accounting management. Prior to joining Aesbus in 2001, she served as an officer for a Fortune 300 financial services company and was responsible for a large portion of the operational process. She received a B.S. degree and has nearly completed a Masters of Accountancy at the University of Houston.

Gloria Hernandez - Director, Business Planning
Gloria Hernandez joined the Aesbus team in 1998 with more than 15 years of experience in the field of computer systems documentation. As Director of Business Planning, she is responsible for providing sales and marketing research support. Prior to joining Aesbus, Gloria held various technical communications, marketing, and customer service positions at Hewlett Packard Company, Novell, IBM, Texas Instruments, Tracor Aerospace, and PROS Airline Revenue Management Systems. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and a M.Ed. in Bilingual Instructional Design from the University of Texas.
